for Every Cleaning Job.
Whether you're starting a carpet cleaning business or scaling an existing one, WACER stocks the machines, tools and chemicals used by professional cleaners across Western Australia. One supplier. Everything you need. Ships Australia wide.
Why Your Equipment Choice Matters
The Right Machine Makes the Difference Between a Good Job and a Great One
Carpet and upholstery cleaning results come down to three things: extraction power, the right tool for the surface, and the right chemical for the soil type. Get any one of those wrong and you're leaving money on the table — or worse, leaving residue in the carpet that re-soils faster than before.
WACER stocks professional-grade carpet extractors, upholstery tools, floor machines and pre-spray chemicals used by working carpet cleaning businesses across WA. Every product is chosen because it performs on the job — not because it looks good on a shelf.
Based in Bentley, Perth. Everything ships Australia wide.

Common Questions
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning — What You Need to Know
Which extractor is right for starting a carpet cleaning business?
For most operators starting out, the Steamvac Max 500 is the best balance of performance, portability and price — 2 × 1200W motors, 35L tanks and 100% Australian made. If you're taking on commercial jobs with heavy soiling from day one, the Max HP Apollo 1600 gives you noticeably better results with its 1,600 PSI working pressure and dual-motor power. Call (08) 9458 4400 and we'll match the machine to your situation.
Do I need a separate upholstery tool if my extractor comes with one?
The SS Upholstery Tool included with each Steamvac package handles standard upholstery jobs. However, the Sapphire Scientific Upholstery Pro's trigger lock, angled head and no-overspray design make a real difference in speed and result quality — especially on detailed upholstery with piping and boxing. If upholstery is a regular part of your service, the upgrade pays for itself quickly.
What's the difference between Black Label Pre-Spray and Sonitron Green Label GROG?
Black Label is a high-alkalinity pH 10 pre-spray specifically formulated to emulsify heavy soil on synthetic carpets before hot water extraction. Sonitron Green Label GROG is an eco-friendly stain remover powered by natural citrus-derived solvents — highly biodegradable, low odour, and effective on carpets, upholstery and commercial surfaces. Black Label is your go-to for pre-treating heavily soiled carpet; Green Label GROG is the right choice when you need a greener, low-odour stain remover for sensitive environments or clients.
Can the Hydro-Force Pro work with any pre-spray?
Yes — the Hydro-Force Pro Injection Sprayer is compatible with Black Label, Green Label, tile cleaners, deodorizers, sanitizers and protectors. Its 100–1,000 PSI working range handles a wide variety of applications. The consistent delivery and 5qt container make it faster than standard pump sprayers on large jobs — a genuine time-saver for operators doing multiple rooms per day.
Is the Rotowash R30B suitable for regular commercial cleaning?
Absolutely — it's specifically designed for commercial environments. Its cordless operation is ideal for hospitality, retail and commercial spaces where trailing cables create hazards or restrict access. The R30B covers up to 920m² per hour on hard floors and up to 520m² per hour on carpets, with up to 1.5 hours of run time from a single charge. An additional quick-change battery pack is also available.
Do all these products ship outside Perth?
Yes — WACER ships all equipment and chemicals Australia wide. Operators in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and regional WA order from us regularly. For large equipment items, call (08) 9458 4400 to discuss freight options and timelines before ordering. Perth customers can visit our Bentley showroom for same-day collection.

Carpet Cleaning Chemicals — Matching Chemistry to the Job
Black Label Sweet Breeze is your heavy-duty pre-spray for maximum soil emulsification on heavily soiled synthetic carpets before hot water extraction. For eco-conscious jobs or sensitive environments, Sonitron Green Label GROG uses natural solvents derived from citrus waste — highly biodegradable, low odour, and effective across carpets, upholstery and commercial surfaces without compromise on cleaning performance.
If you're adding tile and grout cleaning to your service offering, GroutMaster works on virtually every tile surface without pre-scrubbing — a fast, professional result on every job.
Upholstery Cleaning Equipment for Perth Professionals
Upholstery cleaning is one of the highest-margin services in the carpet cleaning industry. The Sapphire Scientific Upholstery Pro paired with your extractor delivers genuine hot water extraction results on sofas, chairs and vehicle interiors — faster drying, better soil removal and far better outcomes than bonneting or dry methods. The trigger lock design means your hand won't fatigue on large upholstery jobs.
For pre-spraying before upholstery cleaning, the Hydro-Force Pro Injection Sprayer's consistent delivery and 100–1,000 PSI range makes it ideal — no over-wetting, even coverage, and half the spray time of a standard pump sprayer.
Hard Floor Cleaning — Expand Your Service Offering
The Polivac C27 and Rotowash R30B give you serious hard floor capability alongside your carpet cleaning services. The Polivac handles polishing, scrubbing, bonnet cleaning and encapsulation on carpet, marble, granite, terrazzo and vinyl. The Rotowash R30B's cordless scrub-wash-dry in one pass makes it the fastest option for hospitality and commercial floor maintenance — up to 920m² per hour with no trailing cable.
Adding hard floor cleaning to your service offering increases average job value and opens new client segments. Talk to our team at the Bentley showroom or call (08) 9458 4400 about the right setup.
