The Polivac SL2000 Stingray is an ultra-high-speed straight-line suction floor burnisher — the large-format electric alternative to a gas burnisher for operations where an LPG machine is not appropriate. With a 50cm pad width optimised for maximum productivity on large open floor areas, the Stingray delivers the fast-set, full gloss ‘wet look’ finish that Polivac straight-line burnishers are renowned for. Its unique suction capability — which operates simultaneously with the burnishing pad — recovers the fine dust generated by high-speed polishing during the burnishing pass itself, rather than allowing it to settle back onto the freshly polished floor or into the air. This makes the SL2000 particularly well suited to healthcare environments, food production facilities, clean rooms, and any space where airborne dust from floor polishing is an infection control or hygiene concern.
